CEO and Head Baker

Kristen is a 17-year-old leader passionate about baking and sustainability. Aspiring for a more sustainable future, Kristen started Patisserie Kristie to combat food waste issues and advocate for environmental causes.
 
Her love for baking started at a young age, sparked by when she and her family would spend entire afternoons baking up batches of cookies together. Now, through Patisserie Kristie, she bakes in hopes of spreading love throughout her community by sharing delicious treats with others.

Hi, I'm Kristen and I'm excited to be the Partnerships Director. I mainly contact and work with potential partners and I can't wait to connect with local organizations that also aim to achieve zero food waste. Outside of this you can find me grinding schoolwork, dancing, playing the violin, listening to music or chugging Hong Kong style milk tea!
Kylie Guo - Media Director
Hi, I'm Kylie! As the Media Director of Patisserie Kristie, my job is to spread the word about us and our mission. I hope to reach as many people as possible through photography and graphic design, which are both hobbies of mine!
